Create delicious dishes through instruction, demonstration and hands-on practice. Classes are conducted in small groups at the facilities of 87 UP (above FOODSTUFFS).
Classes are informal but rich in flavour and always participatory unless specified otherwise as a cooking demo. Arrive with a spirit of culinary adventure … the reward is a delicious experience.

About the Resident Chef
Deborah Palmer of A Movable Feast entertains while she leads cooking sessions that draw on first-hand experiences from her extensive travels around the world.
Deborah has more than 20 years of experience as a chef, caterer and cooking teacher. She combines expertise with a wealth of anecdotal material.
Drawing on long experience as a writer, recipe developer and food consultant, she is currently hard at work on her cookbook on interculinary travel.
