Studio 2 Yoga Schedule 2011.pdf
Dear friends,
It’s officially a year since I took possession of the space that is Studio 2 for Yoga and Wellness, and what a beautiful space. It still holds the energy of our Open House Ceremony last September and the positive energies you all bring to the space.
This past year, I’ve been delving into my energy medicine practice again. It went on the wayside as my focus was the new yoga studio. I’m back and offering some fabulous new services.
Join us Sunday nights at 7pm for our FREE releasing and manifesting energies. This is a safe, group setting to set the ground work for your healing journey.
ENERGY BALANCING private sessions. If you feel you need more help releasing negative energy/thoughts, old habits and false beliefs. Or if you feel drained physically, then a private energy balancing session may be just what you need.

Studio 2 for Yoga and Wellness is located at 78 Main Street South in the heart of downtown Georgetown.
We are in the upper level of the Old Bank Building at the corner of Main and Mill Street. The entrance to the studio is off Mill Street. We have over 20 classes to choose from and we are open 7 days a week.
We invite you to come to the studio to discover Yoga. It has been around for thousands of years. People of all ages and fitness levels can benefit from doing yoga. It’s for everyone!
Yoga improves balance, coordination, flexibility and strength. It stimulates all of the internal organs, calms the nervous system, restores and rejuvenates the body. Yoga reduces stress and makes you feel better both physically and emotionally.
Yoga is beneficial to weight loss, stress reduction and recovery from injury.
The type of yoga taught at Studio 2 is inspired by many styles of yoga. The class structure is determined by the students in the class and can range from a flow style, power yoga or a more gentle approach. We believe that your experience at the studio is your own and ot put a style to each class means we are limiting our teaching and limiting your yoga experience. Be sure to inform the instructor of any requests or injuries so that your experience at the studio is an inspiring one. If you have injuries or limitations, a private yoga session can be scheduled to meet your needs. We have taken into consideration the varying styles of yoga and have scheduled your favourites such as: vinyasa, power, ashtanga, meditation and beginner yoga.
When looking for a yoga teacher, be sure to investigate the yoga studio first. Ask questions of the yoga instructor such as:
Q: How many class do they teach a week?
Q: How long have they been teaching?
Q: Where did they study yoga?
Q: Are they certified with a governing body?
Q: Do they practice yoga themselves?
Q: Do they teach a variety of yoga classes/ specialize in a particular style of yoga?
Q: Do they follow a set routine?
Q: Do they know how to deal with limitations and injuries?
Q: Where is the studio?
If you would like more information on our studios, please contact us. We’d love to hear from you!
Though yoga has many physical benefits, what is really important is how it makes us feel. Yoga enhances mental and emotional well being, it improves concentration and mental clarity. Practicing yoga can improve everything you do. Discover the road to recovery through Yoga.
Touch for Health, Emotional Freedom Technique, Energy Healing, Yogalignment, YIN Yoga and Restorative Yoga are all healing modalities used by Noelle to help facilitate the healing process.
“Your body has an innate ability to heal itself. With you as the healer and I as the facilitator, we can begin a new journey into self healing.” – Namaste, Noelle

Moments in History
This building operates on the site of the former Bennet House Hotel (1863). The present building was erected in 1918 by The Merchant’s Bank of Canada (Bank of Montreal). The bank occupied the building until 1943 when it was forced to close due to war regulations. The property was then used by Town Council until it was purchased by the Royal Bank in 1947. RBC used the site until 1973 when it moved across the street. Past owners include J. Pratt, T. Bennett and J. Coffen.
