The Hobby Shark has been in Georgetown since 1999 and offers a full range of products for the enthusiastic hobbiest!
Over 500 model kits (cars, boats, planes and military)
WarHammer – miniature armies, plus 2 ‘4×8’ playing tables.
New – Flames of War – this is a WWII historical miniature game!
Sports cards and non sports cards (Yu Gi Oh, Pokemon, Magic tg, Chaotic and World of Warcraft)
Scenery making supplies (for diaramas or for table top games etc.) – paints, glues etc.
The Hobby Shark also offers role playing games, such as D&D and board games (Risk, World of Warcraft). There is a large selection of rockets, large selection and rocket engines.
We don’t carry everything, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get it for you, or help find someone who does.

Moments in History
This building was erected in 1888. It might be standing on the site of a store owned by a John Sumpter, believed to be the first merchant in Georgetown.
