Downtown Georgetown Holiday Market Vendor Application 2023
This application is for vendors interested in joining the Downtown Georgetown Holiday Market, running on Saturday December 2nd, 2023 from 11:00am to 3:00pm.
Please only submit one application. Applications are being accepted only until October 5th . Applications received after this date will only be reviewed if spaces remain. Applications with missing information will not be accepted.
The market will run both indoors and outdoors- partially in Knox Presbyterian Church, and the rest on Main St S. Indoor tables will be small, whereas outside spaces will be 10ft by 10ft.
Applicants are reviewed by the BIA Events Manager based on the DGBIA’s criteria for suitability with the Holiday Market. Once authorized, you will be contacted by the BIA Events Manager. Applicants are to receive confirmation of acceptance and attendance on a rolling basis, until October 14th 2023.
Cost per day and per tent space is $75 ($50 for BIA Businesses). Payment information will be sent upon acceptance.
Food vendors will be required to undergo inspection and certification by the Halton Regional Health Department before attending the market.
Commercial operations businesses (businesses with a storefront) must also submit a certificate of insurance which includes Georgetown Central Business Improvement Area and Town of Halton Hills as additionally insured.
Fees are non-refundable*; Upon vendor acceptance, vendors must make their payment within 10 business days. Without payment, vendors will not be allowed to attend the holiday market as a vendor.

*In the instance of inclement weather where the Market is cancelled, vendors will receive one free date at the Georgetown Farmers Market 2024, or an alternative date for the Holiday Market will be selected.
*In the instance of a government decision where the Market is suspended or cancelled due to COVID-19, vendors will receive a full refund for the affected date(s) within 10 business days.
*If food vendors are not approved by the Halton Regional Health Department before their expected market date(s), a refund will be sent within 10 business days.
