Applications are now open for the 2023 Downtown Georgetown BIA Events Volunteer Team! We are looking for some committed, enthusiastic and responsible volunteers to join our team for the upcoming 2023 Downtown Events. Please fill in the application to be considered for this position.
The DGBIA Events Manager will be selecting volunteers on a rolling basis, from April 2023 onwards. Volunteers must be minimum 14 years old. We will happily record volunteer hours for high school community service and other opportunities. All volunteers joining our team will receive training, along with opportunities for growth and positive connections in the community. No experience required!
Volunteers are expected to attend the following event dates:
Friday July 14th, 4:00pm to 11:00pm Downtown Palooza
Friday August 25th, 4:00pm to 11:00pm Rock'n Roll'n Classics Car Show
Saturdays June 3rd to October 14th, 6:00am to 9:45am OR 9:45am to 1:30pm Farmers Market (Minimum 10 out of 20 market dates)
Additional Opportunities (if volunteers are available):
Saturday October 28th 9:00am to 2:00pm Masquerade on Main and Mill
Saturdays, November 25th and December 2nd 9:00am to 4:00pm Georgetown Holiday Market
