DiscoverIn 2010, The Salvation Army organized our first-ever Send a Kid to Camp campaign with the goal of sending 60 deserving kids to camp at $220 per child. Through the generous support of individuals and businesses in our community, we surpassed our goal and gave 80 children the experience of a lifetime! They attended camp for one week and had a chance to experience the freedom of the outdoors, make great friendships and develop lifelong skills.
This year, we want to extend this same opportunity to another group of kids. We'll once again raise funds to send deserving children to camp for one week this summer.
To help us reach this year's goal of sending 120 kids to camp, we are reaching out to our community partners and asking for their support as a sponsor of this campaign. Consider giving generously in-store today!
